新進人員於訓練期滿後的事病假天數 - 公職

想請教一下,訓練期滿後的事病假應該也是依在職期間的比例去算的吧?
所以如果七月底訓練期滿,接下來到年底的事病假天數如下:
病假 28(天)* 5(個月)/12(個月) =11.66 --> 12(天)
事假 5(天)* 5(個月)/12(個月) = 2.08 --> 2(天)
請問以上是否正確?
另實務訓練未請完的事假,於訓練期滿時即失效,不得計入之後的
事假天數,對嗎?
