關於正職與約聘的討論，有人認為約聘就是沒保障，
比起正職也較接觸不到公司的核心工作，
在兩份工作一樣條件下，若可以選擇正職，當然沒人會想要選擇約聘......
但如果外商知名公司的約聘，與本土公司(員工將近1000人 知名度也不差)的正職
想知道對於剛畢業的新鮮人來說，第一份工作大家會如何選擇？ 又為什麼呢？
在怎麼樣的條件下，大家才會考慮約聘的工作呢？
