小弟本身地一份工作在12吋廠當RD
雖說是RD 但是負責的東西比較偏support team
做了快三年 近期感覺工作的內容太過重復了 缺乏成長性
有點擔心未來的發展 所以開始有想往外找或者內轉的動機
本來優先考量應該是留在12吋廠 但是幾個部門都沒有回應
最近有八吋廠的主管打電話給我 聊了一下感覺那理會接觸的比較多
自己也有些興趣 不知道從12吋到8吋是否會影響自己在半導體業的發展
(如果想長久待在這個產業的話)
上面這點是讓我有點猶豫的其中一點 (另一各部分就是地點了)
不知道有沒有版友可以分享經驗的 謝謝
