LED磊晶龍頭晶電裁員潮擴大,由南科廠向北擴及竹科等廠區,昨(17)日傳出,晶電
竹科廠預計分三批裁減76人,層級並向上延伸至處長、協理等中高階主管,集團旗下璨圓
光電也將裁減39名人力。加計先前規劃南科廠將精簡65名人力,總計晶電集團此波共資遣
180人,占總員工數約3%。
晶電昨日不願回應此波人事精簡人數及職級,強調裁員不是為了降低成本,而是為組
織扁平化,讓營運更具彈性及效率。晶電坦言,這次裁員是review(檢視)每位員工年度
考績及組織扁平化的結果,會所有廠區整體評估,不會只針對一個廠區。
竹科管理局證實,晶電因業務緊縮,展開人力精實作業,9月初迄今分三批通報,共計
資遣76名員工。另外,晶電集團旗下璨圓光電龍潭廠及平鎮廠,也同步資遣共計39人。晶
電南科廠裁員在9月7日通報,昨天執行,據傳南科廠裁員最高為協理,最低為助理工程師
;新竹廠的精簡人力也擴及協理、處長等層級。
晶電表示,近幾年公司整併廣鎵、璨圓、台積固態照明等同業,很多組織架構已「疊
床架屋」,這次精簡人力,將廠區整併,把功能類似的製程集中,希望能藉此組織扁平化
,擴大規模經濟。
例如晶電正將後段製程集中至竹南廠,中科主要以廣鎵為主,聚焦十多樣產品,將製
程集中、規模經濟擴大,才能創造獲利。此外,晶電竹科三廠主要以四元LED產品為主,由
於該產品商機充滿想像空間,目前晶電將其他廠區間接人力移轉至竹科三廠,未來若需求
拉升,可以馬上支應訂單,不需額外擴廠。晶電強調,這是整體營運更具彈性及效率的展
現。
晶電第2季因產能利用率不高,加上價格競爭,本業由盈轉虧,單季每股淨損0.11元,
但上半年仍處於獲利,前六月每股純益(EPS)0.63元。第3季旺季不旺,8月營收19.2億元
,月減9.05%;前八月營收174.45億元,年減11.57%。法人認為,9月因季底盤點因素,營
收可能不如8月。
據了解,晶電目前接單狀況仍處於低檔,整體產能利用率低於六成。晶電強調,雖然
目前訂單能見度低,但積極切入大型品牌及通路市場,有助於提升市占率。
