替代役男手腳不乾淨？！ - 公職

機關近期來了一個81年次的替代役男，因患有精神疾病，
看到同仁桌上有些文具、傳單、小東西，舉凡他覺得不錯的，就會順手拿走！
因為同仁常發現東西不見，原以為是其它同仁借走沒歸還，
沒想到調閱監視器後才恍然大悟，原來問題出在這役男身上
近期更變本加厲，會偷開同仁的抽屜拿東西，主管調閱影像看到差點昏倒
請問大家有無建議可以處理這役男的情形？
可以把他退回內政部嗎？或是其他讓他消失在這單位或退役的辦法，感謝！
