強者我朋友說GG最近準要要實施六一輪
這樣的輪法好像週日上兩天
但是只能報1天假日double,1天變補休平常日
感覺好像變向的摳死當阿
最近大家都紛紛參加了溝(說)通(明)會
說是要align 硬鐵囉和大猩猩不連續上7天
但是上完大夜休一天馬上回日班
時差是要怎麼調
感覺對員工好像沒幫助阿~
大家有什麼看法呢?
