前輩您好:
如果您手腕的症狀還沒有嚴重到必須找醫生的話,
可以試試以下的簡易手腕復健法:
1、找一面牆,面對它站好。
2、想像自己的肩膀到該面牆壁有一條與地面平行的水平線。
3、雙手平舉,略高於上述的水平線,以「手背」貼住牆壁(即手指指地),
用力壓15秒後慢慢放鬆。
4、將手背貼住牆壁的位置提高,再用力壓15秒。
5、換成以「手掌」貼住牆壁。高度要「低於」上述2、的水平線,
用力壓15秒後慢慢放鬆。
6、手掌貼住牆壁的位置往下移,再壓15秒。
上述4、及6、手背或手掌往上、下移動的次數,可隨手腕痠痛的程度而增加。
我自己試過,非常有用。
