大家晚安，請教大家有關土地鑑界的一些問題
我這裡有塊私人土地，近期要做基地整理和周邊排水處理
因排水溝所施設係緊鄰周圍鄰地，因此會辦理鑑界手續邀集施工廠商和鄰地所有人確認
因為工程是統一包給同一間包商處理(沒有做另外分包)
站在業主角度思考要對乙方有哪些注意事項的說明和宣導呢?
1.鑑界界址點已於xx年xx月xxx日現場點交予乙方，請乙方依據界址為參考點
辦理工地收方及放樣測量工作。
2.施工過程應妥善保存界樁並不得有侵鄰行為，違者造成相關損害賠償責任概由乙方負擔
我暫時想到這兩點，還請教板上各位先進有無思慮不周之處，還請指教
