有關大陸台灣最便宜的通話方式~ - 大陸工作

親愛的WICer們
小弟其實已經不算新人，只是之前一直在貴版潛水
有一事情想請教版上的前輩們
情況是這樣的
小弟如果在公司或宿舍的話，打回台灣室話&手機基本上都是不用錢的
但是有時候要是出遠門，想要打回台灣跟一個重視的朋友聊天的話(會講很久XD)
不知道有沒有什麼便宜的方式，從大陸發話或是台灣發話均可
對方有台灣手機跟室內電話
我先分享我已知的:中國移動有定向的資費，月租rmb30，送40分鐘，之後rmb$1/分
也有試過用手機上網，用skype，效果不太能接受
還請各位前輩提供各種可行的方案
