有關於幾個勞健保投保金額的問題 - 人資

Table of Contents
1. 全勤獎金若每月給,會被算入投保金額,
那若是每兩個月給一次呢? 會否被納入投保金額?
2. 我打電話問過勞保局,對方說三個月給一次的季績效考核獎金要納入投保金額。
而我聽過ㄧ個人資講師說半年考核一次的獎金則算非工資,
是否以時間長短來分別,3個月的算工資,6個月給一次的就算非工資?
3. 若每三個月給予員工分紅一次(領現金),是否算非工資而不列入投保金額?
4. 三節獎金中的春節獎金,是否等於年終獎金,是否為同一名目?
還是可以分開給予員工,而都算非工資呢?
5. 若年邁的資深作業員員工本來投保金額為43900,
後來轉任當公司守衛,是否可申請調降投保金額至17280?
