事情是這樣的,我們最近有個標案, 類似交通號誌或標誌,是有地下施工的,
但是我們有專案管理標(看契約有包含監造性質),最近要驗收了,聽其他人說
驗收紀錄可以寫" 地下施工部分由監造及廠商?或簽約技師負責"
我的問題是...這樣寫ok嗎?...是否代表我們對地下施工完全不用負責任呢?
