Position: Manager Product Development Engineering
Goal: Manage the test and product engineers responsible for the product
development and production ramp of new discrete graphics chips.
Direct Reporting Manager: Director, North America
Supervisory Staff: 25 ~ 30
Must Have:
-Education: Bachelor degree or above
-Language: Excellent oral and written skills in English and Mandarin
-Experience: 8-10 years experience in NPI; product bring up experience
-Functional Competency: Product definition, semiconductor knowledge,
ATE/SLT testing methodology, yield analysis, project management.
-Leadership Competency: Excellent experience in managing a team in China
and familiarity with Chinese culture. Capable of working with global teams in
NA, Europe and Asia. Excellent people management skill is a must.
