案主給資料永遠不齊全 - soho

目前手上在做的是與藥局通路合作的DM的案子,
但案主每次都把時間壓縮得很誇張,
以這份DM為例內容要介紹品牌還有新產品資訊,
一開始洽談時這位聯絡人就一直壓縮設計的時間,
(週一)來電丟案出來,(週二)到了下午才給出部份資料,(週三)就要給初稿
是不是案主都有一種心態就是SOHO都很閒等著案主差遣啊?
這個案子光是資料補充就來回了4次,
而且有時候人在外面手邊也沒電腦就打電話來說要加什麼什麼,
給出的DM企劃內容也亂七八糟缺東缺西的,要一直去追著聯絡人討東西
如果是肯放手全權讓我企劃那還好辦,重點就是聯絡人她很堅持自己想法
而且在接案前我已經與案主溝通過了,以信件來往溝通為優先,
因為我總是有別的事要做啊我有我的生活要過啊不是每天閒在家等著接電話啊
我實在很想跟該聯絡人說:可以麻煩一次把資料補齊嗎?
:可以麻煩貴司先把想做的方向確定下來嗎?
:可以麻煩不要一大清早就打電話來嗎?
(當然,以上只是我心裡的吶喊 因為金主萬歲呀~)
大家遇過一樣情況嗎?會直接跟聯絡人說清楚嗎?請她改善資料跟企劃的完整度?
還是會忍氣吞聲傻傻地等等等呢?
