業界25K V.S 醫院研究助理 該選哪個? - 生技

這問題真的很困擾我
我知道現在大環境不好，要找到一份工作已經不容易了
實在是不應該挑剔薪資多寡
我生醫碩士畢業 確定錄取一家科技公司的助理職缺
公司的薪資是開25K 是說試用期過後會考核
如果找碩士級研究助理是36K
兩者就差了一萬
問題如下：
如果我當了研究助理一年加強英文能力，再換工作會好找嗎?
第一份薪資25K，對於日後第二份的薪資調升是不是也不會高到哪裡去?
到底是要選業界25K還是研究助理36K??
