今天有個民眾拿了一疊申請資料給我們收發丟了就跑
資料上面寫著請轉交某A機關
某A機關跟我們是完全沒有關係的機關
是好像也可以幫他函轉給某A機關啦
只是被當成郵局用的感覺有些不愉快
請問各位先進
遇到這種狀況有甚麼好的處理建議嗎？
