永無止盡的殺價~ - 國貿工作討論

Dear All,
我是一個運動用品工廠的菜鳥國外業務,想請教如果大家遇到以下這個情形,
會怎麼處理呢?(因為辦公室內只有我一個國外業務 所以想請教大家的經驗)

最近向一位從阿里巴巴來詢問我司產品,報價的巴西潛在客戶後
就展開了一連串的"溝通"(每天通信 已經通了快一個月了)
客人最終目的就是要殺價15%,還有不想買到MOQ,
甚至還拿另一家廠商的價格來比較,(PS.另一家是大廠,本身就有價格優勢)
我一直表明說我們沒辦法降價,
因為老闆說我們的利潤根本不到15%,老闆也不想降, 但同意第一次試單可以小量出庫存貨
(所以不能客製化包裝)
但客人還是一直凹, 也一直說巴西市場很大,他們進口要課120%稅等等, 如果我們降價
就要跟我們買....等等
最後我今天就跟客人說, 或許現在不是我們雙方可以合作的時機, 希望下次有合作的機會
(老闆叫我不要再理他了,因為連樣品都還沒寄就再一直殺價,感覺很不好)
結果客人還回信,還是希望我們降價,又說市場很大等等....
唉~~我覺得好像在原地繞圈圈
不曉得大家如果遇到這種客人, 要怎麼處理呢?
