1．求職三大基本準備
A. 履歷 (Resume / CV)：力求簡潔扼要，以一張為主，
B. 作品集 (Portfolio)：結集自己執行過的重要項目，配以文字及圖片，表現自己的專
業度及過去的工作嘉績
C. 求職信 (Covering Letter)：表述自己求職的意願及企圖心，強調自己的獲取職位的
優勢
2. 應試前的準備工作
— 1. Read the JD carefully
— 2. Be knowledgeable of the industry/company
— 3. Understand their development in China
— 4. Review your background/experience, then identify the specific examples
that are relevant to this position; further, try to think about your
strengths and weaknesses, major achievements…etc
— 5. Prepare some questions you will ask the interviewer since the
interview is a 2-way street
3. 面試的重點須知
DO –
— * Dress conservatively
— * Arrive on time or few minutes early
— * Greet the interviewer
— * Maintain eye contact and firm body language
— * Express thoughts clearly and informative
— * Be knowledgeable of the industry/company
— * Be enthusiastic for the role and the company
— * Be confident, positive and can-do
DON’T –
— * Tell the lie
— * Criticize your present or former managers or companies
— * Let your discouragement show on your face
— * Enquire about salary or bonuses at the first interview unless you are
positive the hiring manager is interested in you.
