同時去查這個客戶的交易歷史
從中挖掘客人沒有下單的原因
還有想辦法找話題聊 話題如下

e.g.
1. 某個產品銷售升/降了，是否有什麼特殊原因，可以跟我分享嗎?
2. 推新品
3. re-offer pricing
4. 問客人這些item是否還是由我們提供 (still under us)
