在下的妹妹在系統廠擔任測試工程師
聽她描述測試team的leader也都有相當RD背景
所以她自覺應無法勝認leader的職務
有機會轉PM時又沒興趣去挑戰 覺得太累且壓力很大
所以打算目前這樣一直做下去 ...
但在下在公司裡面看到的測試工程師大概都是年輕人
尤其女生也都是年輕妹妹
是不是測試其實也做不久呢?
可以分享一下大概能做到幾歲呢?
