漏水，透天屋浴室排風管和熱水器放頂樓 - 土木

透天厝，最高樓層的浴室的熱水器放頂樓，
與浴室排風管都直接把樓板洗孔接PVC管到頂樓，
結果，此處離頂樓的排水管較近
常常有水延PVC管漏下來
我們用了水泥和epoxy填PVC管的縫都沒用
我們用的水泥和epoxy都無法與PVC管緊密黏合，
水就是會漏下去
請教各位大大，要使用什麼材料才能與PVC管緊密黏合，解決漏水的問題！
