小弟已進行一年多，是第一份工作，印象中的金融機構都是9點開門讓客人進來抽號碼牌
才開始叫號，然後3點半關門再把裡面的叫完就好了，但怎麼一年多來客人不到9點就可以
進來抽號碼牌，系統開了主管就會說有客人怎麼不叫號，超過3點半門沒關客人進來抽了
號碼牌還是得叫，稽核也說了9點前做的交易不理賠，但“以客人為重，我們是服務業”
，想問有人遇到類似的情況嗎
