各位前輩好，小弟目前取得瑞昱研發替代役offer,並已經與人資簽完兩張研發替代役意向
書，人資說要將文件送回公司蓋公司印，蓋完印後才會再寄給我。而正式的offer則是要
拿到畢業證書後，公司才會發放。
想請問版上有經驗的前輩們，請問你們的情況也是如此嗎？簽完研替意向書後公司那邊還
會有什麼變卦嗎？請各位前輩解惑，謝謝。
