最近為了一個case跑了東南亞一躺,原先似乎是價格都談好了,
只等最後確認合約跟訂金,我的觀念是所有合約都是垃圾紙一張,
錢到才有算數,結果所有的努力都因為今天對方一封email打亂了,
對方要求扣款20%,等對方在當地驗收後才T/T付清,但通常我們都是
開L/C或出貨前TT 100% 才有出貨的...
如果答應了,這20%可能就石沉大海,當初為了爭取訂單,也已經提出初次交易
超低的價格, 對方公司我參觀過了,的確是很有實力的公司...
但有實力又如何呢? 難賺甚至會賠錢的訂單不如不接.. 而且公司大歸大,
付款不乾脆的太多了, 這種客戶寧可不做, 天曉得20%會不會付..
東南亞落後國家沒法治的...我回了email說明無法接受, 對方要求的新產品報
價也不報了...先等對方回應,因為第一次的合作若因付款條件無法成交,
新的報價也沒用了..完全是浪費時間...
因為已經給特優惠的價格...即使是5%扣款我們也不願接受...
真的不行就只好放棄了...唉..
有什麼更好的處理辦法嗎? 我也跟他說他擔心的話可以來台驗收了...
