生輔員不合理的加班 - 社工

我目前在南部某機構從事生輔員,工作室排班制的,
分為下午班、晚班和夜班,有時假日兩天都是早班,週休二日
一個星期的工作時數(按照排班表),約為47小時
平時就算下班時間到還是要把學生的事情處理完
所以常常下班時間又會延遲半小時到一小時左右
如果遇到機構有安排活動,主管會要求生輔員額外加班幫忙(常常)
每個月還必須開兩次業務會議,偶爾還有社工的個案會議
這些會議的時間生輔員都必須額外充空參加(與生輔員班表無法配合)
生輔組還必須找時間自己開生輔會議
最近機構主管又強制所有生輔員參加研習和聯繫會議(增加自己的專業)
每個生輔員又必須額外花時間參加(假期被切割了)
零零總總工作時數早不知破表到哪裡去
但這些額外時間都不算加班費,一個月的薪資也只有少少的兩萬五千五
扣掉勞健保剩下兩萬四千九
雖然學生放寒暑假時候會補假給我們,加起來約有30天左右
但機構生輔員國定假日及颱風假都不放假,還要額外加班,也沒有特休
補假扣一扣也只剩下10左右天
我不知道我們機構這樣壓榨生輔員合理嗎?
主管常說來機構服務就是要有奉獻的精神,員工手冊的加班給付都是假的><
請問其他機構的生輔員會遇到這種情形嗎?
