公司規定娩假為42日。但另外有6日的產前假。
我記得勞基法規定產假是8週56日。好像沒有產前假。
請問娩假42日是否違反勞基法?
或是我接受了這樣的聘雇契約,簽名後,就不應主張56日的產假?
