分行某一客戶從開戶以後就很少往來
最近一、兩個月開始使用我們分行發的票
金額從都是$100,000~$300,000不等的票據
然後常常趕三點半,一直打電話來說要經辦等他
我們也表明立場最多就等到3:45,因為我們有票據中心
分行端執行退票動作到中心那裡,中心也是要有時間處理的
就在上個禮拜,這個人客到票的金額大概一百多萬
早上通知下午也通知(還說正在用網銀轉了= =),大概到了三點半
自己打電話進來說超過時間網銀不能轉了,要到xx銀行xx分行匯款
於是我們又等到3:43打去他說的銀行照會,結果銀行說他走了
那當然是退票了,結果4:00客戶打進來說他現在在某某銀行匯
請我們等他,主管立場也很堅定,說退了就是退了,無法取消(只能退補)
結果客戶是在4:08匯款進來,除了打電話盧了二十分,還親自來分行
(順便補足還有幾千塊差額的款項)甚至打給經理,今天還請某立委助理打電話過來
說已請教過票據交換所,這種情況銀行是"有義務"要幫客人發文給交換所取消退票記錄的
想請問大家,支存退票時間不是3:30嗎?怎麼退票了到最後全是銀行的錯?
