相同職缺不同標準 - 人資

想請問各位人資,最近看到發現一些公司同樣的職缺在104和1111怎麼會有不同的
資格和限制呢? 明明就是同樣職缺阿,連聯絡人也是一樣,但不一樣的是限制竟然不同
如104裡就限制要有小型車駕照還附有其他應徵方式等等的,但在1111裡面卻沒有這些限制
最奇怪的是104的有效日期到4月2日,但1111卻是到5月25日,我都被搞迷糊了! @.@
重點是如果我想投到底投哪邊才對呢?哪邊開啟機率高一些呢?
因為他有限定兩者擇一切勿重覆
