研替offer請益 (TSMC/UMC) - 工程師

地點 南科 竹科
工時 8:30~18:30(?) 8:30~19:30(?)
薪資 (N-0.7)*(14+分紅)+簽約金 N*(28~30)
住宿 租屋 租屋
輪班 否 大夜否+小夜自願制
目前研替拿到這兩個offer
考慮得要點有包含發展性以及賽缺可能性XD
(以上寫的工時 輪班為面談時所得到的資訊 但也怕實際上會有太大變化)
工作地點的話一個是離家裡(老家@嘉義)好像比較近
一個是從大學以來一直待的城市 朋友多在這 都算有吸引的點
不曉得版上各位大大 對於這兩個職缺有什麼了解或建議嗎?
希望前輩可以分享略為指點一二
