科技業調薪是Must be還是nice to have - 工程師

如題
先提我的想法,去年只加3%心裡髒話滿點,累得跟狗一樣就一句公司營收不如預期,需要
共體時艱。(不是沒賺是去年賺太多,今年沒繼續那麼多,但遠高前幾年)
後來看看人家Salary版跟傳產好像調薪多是公司開恩,或升遷才調,有些還升管理但0調
薪。忽然覺得好像調薪不是想像中的每年必要活動?不放期望在這上面是不是對身心都比
較健康@@?
大家認為呢?調薪是不是在科技業中的must be呢?

去收一個資深高級工程師,但是滿多公司除非是經理級
的,否則一律收五年經驗以內,月薪七萬以下的工程師。
而且也要看過去經驗認定的標準啊!@@。

出來的時間再去做更多的產出嗎?

假設跳槽行為必定加薪,這個系統的薪資支出就會是非線性上
升,但事實上不但不是如此,甚至連線性增加都沒有,有的
產業還減薪...很多人跳槽加薪一是原本薪水低於行情,二是
產業開缺速度大於供給,最重要的原因是尚未碰到薪資天花板
。否則巴菲特不用投資了,靠狂跳槽就好XD
