【大紀元10月4日報導】（中央社記者汪淑芬台北4日電）民主進步黨立法委員魏明谷今天
在立法院交通委員會建議，國民旅遊卡應該全民皆有，不是只有公務員獨享。
立法院交通委員會今天邀請交通部長毛治國，報告「觀光景點無縫隙旅遊服務計畫執行情
形」。
魏明谷質疑，很多商店都貼有適用國民旅遊卡消費，雖名為國民旅卡，但實際上只有公務
員才有。
毛治國說，當年公務員有不休假獎金，因思考公務員領了不休假獎金，應花在旅遊上，所
以發展出國民旅遊卡。
魏明谷認為，政府要推動國民旅遊，國旅卡就應全民適用，不是只有公務員才享有，否則
應改為公務旅遊卡。
毛治國回應，國旅卡是人事行政總處發放，政府現正檢討國旅卡的存廢。
