致身體「過勞肥」。新竹科學園區員工診所日前進行健檢,發現竹科人有超過6成檢查結
果不及格,其中以BMI(身體質量指數)超標最為嚴重,診所將展開減重計畫,協助竹科
員工享瘦、享健康。
媒體綜合報導,竹科員工診所指出,不少竹科人睡眠時間太短,飲食不均衡或暴飲暴食,
健檢報告有6成以上都不及格,BMI值異常最為嚴重,其他如膽固醇、腰圍、尿蛋白及血糖
數據都出問題,長期下來恐嚴重影響身體健康。
營養師提醒忙碌的竹科人,三餐不正常容易導致單一餐過量,應注意分配用餐時間,固定
補充能量,搭配適當飲食,少吃多油、多糖的食物,並注意水果及水分攝取,空腹勿喝咖
啡,每天運動約半小時到1小時,以改善體質。
竹科員工診所將啟動減重計畫,預計7月起舉辦為期3個月的減肥比賽,由10位參賽者依照
該診所的減重指導,同時記錄減肥日記上傳社群網站,讓想要減重的人了解正確健康的減
重法。
此外,竹科員工診所也將積極進入企業舉辦健康講座、安排體脂肪檢測,提高竹科人對肥
胖防治認知,希望能幫助竹科人健康管理,有效擊退過勞肥,守護健康。
