Hi, 那我有個問題 金山街一直被批評很久了 不管是租屋亂象或是加蓋違建
那麼金山街這裡為什麼不像關新路那樣 直接蓋大樓
看是要賣要租都比較好 還是說那邊不適合蓋大樓?

: 推薦新竹其他便宜的地區,「租新莊街不貴」、「推關東市場那邊,小巷子很多便宜的,
: 隔一條光復路而已,但上下班也要多經過一個光復路口」、「我推工研院附近」、「關新
