看到很多板上的朋友和一些FB上的紅茶朋友說今年只有拿到「兩個月」的年終獎金
我覺得他們是不是誤會了?因為那兩個月是契約裡明訂的,一定要給,沒有可以去告了
那兩個月名義就我的認知是「三節獎金」 (0.5 + 0.5 + 1 = 2)

現在大家在討論的是「年終獎金」,年終獎金不會在契約裡明訂
因為那是要靠打考績或是你的業績來給的,每個人會不一樣
如果契約裡寫兩個月的話,那誰還要認真工作?
(又不是偉大的公務人員,虧損或是考績很爛還可以領N個月的年終)
所以我想說的是,那些在紅茶裡面的,不管你是被九二共識洗腦,還是其他的原因
請不要自我安慰說今年有兩個月的年終好嗎?
你們今年的年終獎金是「0」個月
老闆吃定你不敢走所以給055加0個月,所以全年所得只有14個月,CP值超低

會打這篇是因為在騎驢找馬,準備年後換一間公司,找馬也找了一陣子了
看到紅茶最近多開了很多職缺,看樣子前陣子真的走了不少
又看到一堆人一直在幫紅茶洗腦,講都講不聽,所以才提醒大家注意一下
不要聽了某執行長的話就傻傻的以為進來就有八個月
要進公司前多問朋友一下,如果沒有認識的,面試時看到公司的員工也可以打聽一下
再不然來板上爬文也可以大概參考一下
