我聽呆伯特說過
當公司開始省一些奇怪的小錢 比如縮小隔間的時候
公司就已經無可救藥了
這樣想想台灣的某些公司在說 共體時艱
或是說 組織改革、結構調薪、調薪作業需有時間準備
但最後才發現新人只加了不到1000塊月薪
是不是也不需要太期待獎金了?
畢竟它可以理直氣壯的說 有調你月薪了阿
獎金少發你幾個月差不多是嗎?
