群創獎金延發 段行建:激勵獎金會視營運在最適當時間點發放

群創(3481-TW)今(5)日召開線上法人說明會,公布第1季每股盈餘0.87元,獲利好成績優
於市場預期,但日前卻爆出員工不滿激勵獎金延後發放,再向媒體爆料抒發不滿事件,且
引來鄉民的議論,董事長段行建特別針對員工分紅詳細說明,讓員工及法人明白,他強調
,群創重視人才,提供有競爭力的薪酬獎勵制度,薪酬獎勵共分成3種,至於
各獎金的發放時間,公司有既定時程,會選擇各項獎金最適當的發放時間點。
段行建表示,群創薪酬獎勵分3種,第一種是依公司章程規定的分紅獎金,在董事會、股
東會通過後發放,發放的金額不能低於獲利的5%;第二則是績效獎金,主要是為了激勵有
重大改善、重大提案或是重大貢獻的單位及個人,他強調,這部分是希望發給具有實質貢
獻的人員。
段行建進一步說明,第三則是激勵獎金,主要是視公司營運狀況及對未來的財務需求來決
定加發激勵獎金,激勵員工士氣,他表示,每年視營運狀況會分1-2次在適當時間發放,
有關員工的薪酬獎勵,每個月都有提列,但發放時間,公司有既定時程,會選擇各項獎金
最適當的發放時間點。
日前則有員工向媒體爆料指出,原本預計在5月5日要發放2014年台灣區DL激勵獎金,但卻
在發放前公告因作業考量,發放時間將做調整,延後獎金發放引來員工不滿及鄉民批評。
群創表示,很多員工只知道分紅,但其實類別是有不同的,所以董事長段行建特別在法說
會中加以說明。
