對於快不惑之年的老人我,沒想到能在子公司待了超過10年,現況公司的訂單與未來發展
,耳聞都是不穩定的情況,對於高層反覆想法的也是處於被動接收,由於又是非紅人,所
以升遷的總是別人,於是產生了轉換跑道的試探與想法,想請教各位前輩會如何選擇?
子公司(現況1)VS 母公司(2)
專業性:1(製程)>2(製造)
薪資:1(獎金)>2(獎金)
通勤時間:1(15min)>2(50min)
工時:1(常日,週休,視情況加班/值班)<2(常日,看情況,視情況加班/值班)?

未來穩定性:1(單一客戶單,不確定因素多)<2(全球性單,穩定)
現況單純來說就是離家近且工時正常,雖然沒什麼升遷機會了,但總是能準時回家,要不
