我其實有另一種觀點。
這或許只是產前憂鬱症。
女性懷孕時，體內荷爾蒙分泌會產生很大的差異。
這時容易心情不佳，若又恰巧轉換環境，本來就在適應期，壓力也很大。
加上離家又很遠，也許好友家人都沒辦法即時陪伴，讓情緒宣洩。
其實壓力是會疊加的，因此眾多壓力之下，有產前憂鬱也是很可能的事情。
你或許需要多花一點時間陪伴，
至於你說得很多東西，就真的要多多溝通而已。

我大致上算一下，結婚、懷孕、搬家、重大生活習慣改變、休閒改變、社交改變等。
真的算是壓力很大了，起碼總和超過150。
之前聽過演講，一年之內壓力指數大過二百，一年內身體生病的機會是超過80%。
相對的 原po的壓力也很大，儘快去宣洩情緒，要不就是你累倒或老婆累倒而已。
