最近公司已經砍了不少人~~~然後用剩下人力 做一樣多的事~~
上面老闆每天顧著玩~
一直玩一直玩一直玩~~
想一些有的沒的~~找人在上班時辦活動~
重點是~~下面工作還是要做阿!!又不是玩完就可下班
然後 今年進的訂單又少~東西又賣不出去~人力又缺少
上面長官又不想辦法解決~~只會砍人砍人......
沒分紅沒獎金
我只能拼命加班~~月休3,4天...還只能拼年薪剛好百萬....
純報怨.....因為我只是魯蛇.....
唉唉
