考績丙等 不管分數多少 對受考人員來說 是人事制度上的處罰
考績乙等 分數在70-78之間 代表主管對受考人員有些不滿
考績乙等 分數79 則是導因於甲等比例限制 而非受考人員表現不好
那考績甲等 分數代表什麼意義？
80、81-84、85-89 各代表什麼含義？
有人可以解說一下嗎？
