中央社記者葉素萍台北5日電)考試院長關中今天指出,考試院正著手修訂考績法,
預計年底前會定調。事關公務員獎優汰劣制度,考評一定會訂出比例,因為,沒有
比例,所有改革都是白費。
關中指出,公務人員訓練從來沒有訓練主管怎麼打考績,以後打考績也將是公務人員
培訓的重點,「不會打考績就不要當主管」。
關中指出,考試院預計年底前提出考績法修正草案,屆時,各項考評一定會訂出比例
,因為沒有比例,所有改革都是白費。不過,考量到各機關性質不同,像外勤單位與
研究單位,考評標準就不一樣,因此,也會允許各機關可以自訂KPI(關鍵績效指標。

被打丙等;丁丁的頭腦又心胸狹隘的政策,如果草案真過,哪天政黨輪替不會自食惡果嗎?
