大家, 好噗好~~
小弟妹(本尊外號 天翔霸元),
認識一位在台灣新竹的 聯發科技 公司,
截至當下這日子(2013/7/m), 待滿10年的工程師,
那位學長的智商(就客觀而言), 情緒管理, 工作能力, 效率, 經驗, 創新能力,
coding技巧, presentation 能力, 協助同事的能力和處理事情的觀點
我認為都是在世界級 TOP 的高手,
不, 說是高手算是小看了他,
可以說是地球自誕生數萬年以來少數能照亮全世界的結晶。
然而, 大家都知道,
現在在台灣的 IC 設計產業,
在這個年頭, 要一年入賬一千萬的收入實在是難上加難,
但是在 西元 2000 年初頭那時機, 實在是有機會的,
不知道有哪位同仁可以評估/估算一下,
一位在聯發科, 從 2004 年待到 2013 年的工程師,
身價, 大概會是多少呢?
這是一個 global 的討論,
就這地球上的 IC 設計產業在某段時間所能累積的資產作討論,
目前, 就針對 MediaTek 這家公司在 2004~2013 的工程師來估算。
