聯電老三地位不保?陸媒:中芯恐取代成晶圓代工3哥
對岸科技新聞網站「電子工程網」日前報導,中國最大晶圓代工業者中芯國際(SMIC),
今年先後發布14奈米製程將在2018年投產,以及2016年投資金額提升至25億美元(約800
億元台幣)。
這兩項指標都超過了全球第3大晶圓代工業者聯電(2303),意味中芯有機會超過聯電,
成為全球第3大晶圓代工業者。
報導指出,目前在全球半導體製造工藝上,掌握10奈米製程技術的台積電(2330)是全球
晶圓代工業的領先廠商。
