職災勞工在公傷假期間
雇主若有給"100%原領工資"
勞工還能申請前6個月平均月投保薪資70%的"勞保職災傷病給付"?
因為依據勞保局的下列傷病給付表單最後一頁的第6點
似乎職災勞工可同時領
