Position: Plant Manager- FMCG/Cosmetics
Location: New Taipei City | Permanent

About Our Client:
Our client is a well established local cosmetics brand with a unique business
model, steady growth and constantly seeking to improve on quality, consumer
satisfaction and social responsibility.

Job Description:
‧ Key role in on-site manufacturing and operations management
‧ Lead around 40 people across departments such as Production, Supply Chain,
packaging, purchasing, and warehouse departments
‧ Responsibilities include: Cost reduction, efficiency, inventory & warehouse
management
‧ Project Management: identify areas/opportunities for improvement in the
supply chain. Plan, implement and manage improvement projects

The Successful Applicant:
‧ Extensive Warehouse, Distribution, Manufacturing Operations and related
Supply Chain experience
‧ Ideal industries- cosmetics, F&B
‧ Lean/6 sigma/PI experience/certification.
‧ Independent, strong negotiation and communication skills, able to
influence senior stakeholders
‧ Fluency in Chinese mandarin
‧ Reading/Writing ability in English
