小妹12年前在肉鬆店短暫待過2個月。
當初的新部門、做新產品(做大尺寸的觸控螢幕&觸控筆)。
當初我是要負責建置fulfillment流程,但主管遲遲不確定在哪個廠做量產(以生命擔保每
週我都會主動問他進度),所以我無法和工廠串MP備料和出貨相關流程。只能先協助RD/PM
/sales做雜事 & 每天倒數計時下班時間。
結果主管反說我都不做事,表現要加強!
我當初還客氣地一一反駁他所講的內容。
但他已經是認為我在找藉口!
所以我毅然決然離開,跳到另一家代工廠。
12年過去了,因緣際會下我又有肉鬆店的面試機會。
但人資告訴用人單位,我當初試用期沒過,所以依公司規定,不能再邀請面試!等於把我
擋在門口!
想請教各位大大,有聽說一般公司有這個規定嗎?
勞基法不是沒有「試用期」的規定嗎?
我是否有什麼申訴的管道?
