至家扶中心工作的心理準備 - 面試

想請教版上的各位夥伴
因為本人三月中要到家扶中心工作了
我的前一份工作是一個民間的小基金會
雖然OOXX的工作跟事情不少
偶爾到了核銷或辦活動的時候需要加一下班
但基本上準時下班是沒什麼太大問題
有些朋友老師知道我即將進入家扶中心
都皺著眉頭問我:你真的要去嗎真的會很累喔工作量很多喔會很操喔...
令小女子不知該如何是好...
已經在板上爬過許多關於家扶的文章
大部分是面試心得...
所以想請教有在家扶中心工作過的或實習過的夥伴
我是否真的需要做即將爆肝的心理準備呢?
或是煩請各位給我一些實質上的建議...
