最近因為才剛辭職，人事顧問公司有打電話來推薦客服工作，
是花旗銀行，地點在小巨蛋那邊，
但傳聞花旗的信用卡客服很吃重業績KPI，剛剛也爬了一下文章，
不過大家只說很重但卻沒說多少，所以想特此詢問一下。
1.業績KPI是多少呢？會因為待得比較久逐漸也變多嗎？
2.會因為業績不好就馬上讓你辭職嗎？
3.信用卡客服應該就是推信用卡吧？
4.雖然業績會換成獎金給你，但是也會影響到基本的考核是嗎？
因為之前才在台灣客服工作過，感覺還是得好好多作考慮才能決定。
