客戶來信 要求提供 Warranty situation
Warranty situation 是指什麼擔保? 是指公司? 還是產品?
好像也不是要認證之類的東西 搞不清楚客戶要什麼
以下是客戶的來信:
My apologies for the delayed reply but I have been very busy, I am most
interested in importing your Bilge Pumps to Australia, but you have not
mentioned what the Warranty situation is, eg : what warranty applies to
all units. ???
The second consideration is that if we create a market here in Australia
for your Bilge Pumps, what guarantee have we got that you will not then
supply other parties here in Australia, which then means that we have
wasted our time establishing and promoting your products.
請各位幫忙指導一下 客戶到底要什麼? 我該提供什麼資訊給客戶呢?
