菜鳥求救，指導律師太忙了，寫好的狀紙放了兩天不審
害我心裡七上八下的，有請各位道長指教：
原審法院為臺灣高等法院臺中高分院
當事人有的住臺中市，有的住臺中縣
第二審判決後，於12月10日以當事人
四人名義，向臺中高分院提起上訴狀
依民事訴訟法第472條第1項，應於
二十日內向原審法院補提理由狀。
問題一：這樣還有在途期間可以扣嗎？
問題二：如果有在途期間，是以臺中到臺北（7日）
還是以臺中縣到臺中市（3日）？
