我本身算是半路出家的社工（社工學分班）
之前曾經擔任過業務及研究助理和行政助理
我的個性算是蠻溫吞的，也很溫和，
我原本也以為社工主業是關懷人群
想說這樣應該也蠻符合我的個性
可是沒想到進入這個領域之後，才是挑戰的開始，
除了要對抗與案主不友善的環境以外，也不斷的要與專業出身的督導磨合
每次交個案紀錄、評鑑、處遇方式，對我而言都是一種挑戰
不知道是不是社工專業出身的人都是習慣不斷的質疑別人、挑戰底線
只是走到現在，有點覺得與自己的個性格格不入，
之前看過一部日劇叫做唐吉訶德，主角原本也是一個好好先生
但是因為身為一個社工，有時候要常常硬起來才能跟整個體制
及對不友善的環境對抗
有的時候常常要開導傷心的案主、有的時候又要面質機車的案夫
讓我覺得有點人格分裂的感覺XDDD就像川劇的變臉一樣要換得很快速
深刻瞭解社工真的不是一個簡單的工作
只想說不知道各位先進是怎麼調適自己，還是說我的個性本身就不適合社工呢？
